Clients receive rights only to the deliverables specifically identified in the applicable project agreement.
Coastal Logix reserves the right to reuse general concepts, methodologies, non-client-specific code, design approaches, and development techniques in future projects.Intellectual PropertyAll software, source code, designs, trademarks, logos, branding, content, documentation, graphics, interfaces, custom software frameworks, Nautiva software, website content, and other intellectual property associated with the Services remain the exclusive property of Coastal Logix LLC or its licensors.Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly authorized in writing by Coastal Logix.Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Coastal Logix LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.This limitation includes, without limitation:Loss of profits
